Please read these terms carefully before booking with us
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message from our team. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
All prices quoted are inclusive of driver charges and fuel unless otherwise stated. Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes are additional. We accept cash payment at the end of the trip. Advance payment may be required for outstation trips.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the journey: No charge. Cancellations made 6–24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before: 100% cancellation fee. No-shows: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Passengers are responsible for being ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for local/airport trips. Passengers must follow driver instructions for safety. Smoking and alcohol consumption in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Each passenger is allowed standard-sized luggage. Excess or oversized luggage may incur additional charges. Hirasar Cabs is not responsible for any loss or damage to passenger belongings during the trip.
All our vehicles are well-maintained and regularly serviced. Drivers are licensed, trained, and police-verified. In case of any vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.
Hirasar Cabs shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the trip.
These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
